Peloton customer service number, and the privacy line that reached a person in 22 seconds
A call4me customer's assistant called Peloton's privacy request line to stop catalogs and marketing mail. There was no menu, a member support representative answered 22 seconds in, and she offered to escalate the request. Here are both official numbers, what the call established, what it didn't, and the full recording.
The short answer: the Peloton customer service number, the Peloton member support phone number for US and Canada members, is 1-866-679-9129. Peloton's privacy policy says to "contact our member support by telephone, US & CA: 1.866.679.9129", and its membership terms give the same number to change or cancel a membership and for billing questions. Neither page lists phone hours.
For privacy requests, Peloton lists a second number, 1-844-559-0051. The same privacy policy says: "If you are a U.S. resident and would like to exercise one of your rights, you can also contact us at 1-844-559-0051." Its US states privacy notice offers the same number alongside an online Privacy Request Form.
That second number is the one in this recording. On October 1, 2026, a call4me customer's assistant called 1-844-559-0051 to stop postal catalogs and marketing mail to a household in Seattle. What happened:
- No menu. A recorded greeting said "Thank you for reaching out to Privacy at Peloton" and that the caller "will now be connected to our member support team."
- A short queue message, "Your call is very important to us and will be answered in the order it was received."
- A person answered 22 seconds into the call. She greeted the caller with "thank you so much for contacting Supervisor Support", as both independent transcriptions heard it.
What the call established
| Detail | What the conversation established |
|---|---|
| Number dialed | 1-844-559-0051, the privacy request line on Peloton's own privacy policy |
| Phone tree | None. A privacy greeting, a queue message, then a person |
| Time to a person | 0:22 from the start of the recording |
| Who answered | A Peloton member support representative |
| Request | Stop all postal catalogs and marketing mail to one address, under any of the names there |
| What she asked for | The account holder's first and last name, then the email address on the account |
| Lookup | About 17 seconds of silence while she checked |
| Her answer | The request needs an escalation, and she said she could escalate it |
| Confirmation number, timeframe, written follow-up | Not given |
| Recording length | 2 minutes 49 seconds |
The representative described the escalation as a request "to stop the information or notifications about sales or something like that." When the assistant repeated that the goal was no more catalogs or marketing mail to that address under any of the names, she said "I can escalate it for you. This is not a problem."
What the call did not confirm
This is a partial result, and the recording supports no more than that:
- No confirmation that the mail is stopped. She offered an escalation. She did not say it was submitted, done or permanent.
- No reference number and no timeframe. Peloton's privacy policy says "We process requests to be placed on do-not-mail and do-not-contact lists within the timescales required by law", but the representative gave no timeframe on the call.
- "Any of the names" was not addressed directly. The assistant said it twice. Her answers ("not a problem", "that is correct") came after it, but she never said the escalation covered every name at the address rather than the one account she looked up.
- The 1-866-679-9129 member support line was not called. We don't know its menu, hours or hold time.
- Nothing was cancelled or changed on a membership. If that's why you're calling, the membership terms point to 1-866-679-9129.
If you need a record of an opt out, Peloton's privacy policy also lets you "submit an 'Object to Marketing' request via our Privacy Request Form", which gives you something in writing. The call didn't test that form.

Complete recording with original voices and timing. Private identifiers are muted and shown in brackets. The dialogue was reviewed against the saved call text and independent automatic source and export transcriptions; uncertain words remain marked. No human listening verification is claimed. "Phone system" is Peloton's recorded greeting, "Representative" is the live person and "AI agent" is the customer's call4me assistant.
0:01 Phone system: Hello, thank you for reaching out to Privacy at Peloton. To properly capture and action your privacy request, you will now be connected to our member support team.
0:11 Phone system: Thank you for calling. Your call is very important to us and will be answered in the order it was received.
0:22 Representative: Hello, thank you so much for contacting Supervisor Support. This is [representative name muted].
0:27 AI agent: Hi! This is [customer name muted]'s assistant. I'm calling because we're trying to stop all postal catalogs and marketing mail going to [street address muted] in Seattle. Can you help me with that?
0:43 Representative: Yes, thank you so much for letting me know the situation, and may I please have your first and last name?
0:50 AI agent: Yeah, it's [customer name and spelling muted].
0:59 Representative: All righty, thank you. And may I please have the email address associated with the account?
1:07 AI agent: That would be [email address muted].
1:16 Representative: All right, thank you.
[About 17 seconds of silence while the representative checks, retained in the recording.]
1:34 Representative: All right, perfect. At this moment, I was checking [unclear: "to make sure" or "for"] the information and we can absolutely help you with that, but we need to create an escalation to request that for you, to stop the information or notifications about sales or something like that. So I need to escalate it and I can request that for you.
1:56 AI agent: Yeah, that'd be great. We're just trying to make sure no more catalogs or marketing mail come to that address under any of the names.
2:05 Representative: All right, not a problem. I can escalate it for you. This is not a problem. I don't know if you have any other questions.
2:11 AI agent: No, that's it. Just want to be sure it's all shut off.
2:17 Representative: Yes, that is correct.
[About 7 seconds of silence, retained in the recording.]
2:26 Representative: Oh, hello, can you hear me?
2:28 AI agent: Yes, I'm here.
2:30 Representative: All right, thank you. I don't know if you have any other questions for me, or is there anything else that I can help today?
2:37 AI agent: Nope, that's everything. Thanks so much for your help. Bye!
2:41 Representative: It was my pleasure. Bye.
Which Peloton support phone number to call
Peloton customer support has two published phone lines for US members, plus written options:
- Membership, billing and cancelling: 1-866-679-9129, the member support number on Peloton's privacy policy and membership terms.
- Privacy rights, including stopping marketing: 1-844-559-0051. On this call it played a privacy greeting and connected to the member support team, with no menu.
- In writing: the Privacy Request Form linked from Peloton's US states privacy notice, or privacy@onepeloton.com, which the privacy policy lists.
What to have ready
- The account holder's first and last name. It was the first thing asked.
- The email address on the Peloton account. It was the second, and the lookup ran on it.
- The full mailing address, if the request is about postal mail.
- Every name that receives mail there, if you want all of them covered. Ask the representative to say whether the request covers each one.
Before hanging up, ask for a reference number and how long the change takes. This call ended without either.
Ask your assistant to make this call
Connect call4me through the Claude Code guide or the Codex guide. The following is a suggested brief, not the one the customer used:
Call Peloton's privacy line at 1-844-559-0051. Ask them to stop all postal catalogs and marketing mail to [full address], for every name that receives mail there: [names]. If they ask, the account holder is [name] and the account email is [email]. Before ending the call, get a reference number, ask how long it takes to stop, and ask them to say whether the request covers each name. Don't agree to any change to the membership or billing.
