Fabletics customer service: the phone number, how to cancel, and the VIP charge

We called Fabletics customer service to ask how the $69.95 VIP charge works and how cancelling works. Here is the phone tree, how fast a person picked up, what the consultant would and wouldn't say without an account, and the full 9 minute recording.

Fabletics 1-844-322-5384, customer service and how to cancel VIP

The short answer: the Fabletics customer service number is 1-844-322-5384 (1-844-FABLETICS). Fabletics' help center lists it as open 24 hours, 7 days a week, and says you can cancel your VIP membership "by phone, chat, or online" with "no charge to cancel."

Getting a person is quick. On our call, an automated assistant answered, tried to match the number we called from to an account, and asked twice for the phone number on the account. When we said we didn't have it, it said "I will transfer you to a consultant for more help." A consultant picked up 1 minute 8 seconds after dialing.

What the consultant told us:

We called on Friday, October 2, 2026, at about 2:18 pm Pacific, with call4me asking the questions. This page is what we heard.

Listen to the call

The whole call, 9 minutes 14 seconds. Three short silences (each about half a second) cover the consultant's first name and my last name, twice.

The Fabletics customer service phone tree, step by step

  1. Call 1-844-322-5384. "Thank you for calling Fabletics. Calls are recorded. Para español, marca el ocho."
  2. "How can I assist you today?" This is a voice assistant, not a keypad menu. Say what you need in a sentence.
  3. It looks you up by the number you're calling from. If that number isn't on a Fabletics account, it says "I couldn't find your info with the number you're calling from" and asks: "Please say the phone number connected to the account you're calling about."
  4. If you have an account, say its phone number. We didn't have one, so we said so. It asked once more, then said "Just a moment. I will transfer you to a consultant for more help."
  5. A short queue. "You're the next caller in the queue," and a higher-than-usual-volume message. A consultant answered about 7 seconds later.
  6. The consultant asks for your first name, last name, email address, and whether you're the account holder. This is the verification you'll need before they'll touch your membership.

What Fabletics told us about the VIP membership

What we heard
Monthly charge $69.95, charged unless you skip
Skip window the 1st to the 5th of each month
What the charge buys a VIP credit for an item, outfit or bundle, "value up to a hundred dollars"
Free shipping over a minimum order (on the call it sounded like "sixty-nine ninety-five"; the help center says VIP orders over $59.95 ship free)
Cancel by phone yes, after they verify your name, email and that you're the account owner
Offers to stay "you cannot tell if there are offers or no offers until you have access to the person's account"
Unused credits spend them, or ask for a refund: "it depends on the member's preference"
Returns depends on "the kind of account you have, the kind of order you've placed"

Fabletics' help center adds a few details we didn't hear on the call: you can skip the month on the site (a "skip this month" window shows on your homepage between the 1st and 5th) or by calling, you can only skip one month at a time, and returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment, unworn with tags on.

How to cancel a Fabletics membership by phone

  1. Call 1-844-322-5384 from the phone number on your Fabletics account. The assistant looks you up by it, which saves a step.
  2. If it can't find you, say the phone number on your account.
  3. Ask to cancel your VIP membership. If the assistant doesn't hand you to a person, ask for a consultant.
  4. Give your first name, last name and the email on the account, and confirm you're the account holder.
  5. Ask about your unused VIP credits before you hang up. You can keep spending them after you cancel (they expire 12 months after purchase), or ask for the refund our consultant described.
  6. If it's between the 1st and the 5th and you haven't been charged yet, skip the month too, so the cancellation and the next charge don't cross.

What to have ready

Things that don't work

On October 2, 2026:

How we made this recording

call4me is a phone for your AI agent: your agent (Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT) tells it what to get done and it makes the call. For this one, the brief was to reach a person at Fabletics, ask how the VIP charge and cancellation work, and note every prompt on the way. We have no Fabletics account, so there was nothing to cancel.

Our caller did its job here, but it kept answering "we're asking in general first." That's true, and the consultant handled it politely, but it's also why the call stopped short on offers and returns. On a real cancellation, give your name and email up front and you'll get further.

Have your agent make this call

If you use call4me, paste this into your agent:

Call Fabletics customer service at 1-844-322-5384. If the assistant asks for the phone number on my account, say [your account phone number]. Ask to cancel my VIP membership. If asked, I'm [your first and last name], my account email is [your email], and I'm the account holder. Before ending the call, ask them to refund my unused VIP credits, and if they won't, find out when they expire. If it's between the 1st and 5th of the month, make sure this month is skipped too. Turn down any offer to stay unless it's free.

The transcript follows the recording. "Caller" is the call4me agent. The consultant's first name and my last name are silenced in the audio and shown in brackets here.

0:01 Fabletics: Hi, thank you for calling Fabletics. Calls are recorded. Para español, marca el ocho.

0:08 Fabletics: How can I assist you today?

0:10 Caller: Hi, this is Nick [last name removed]'s assistant. I was hoping to get some general info about how the VIP membership monthly charge works and how cancellation works.

0:23 Fabletics: Before I help you with your membership, I'll just need to confirm some information. Hmm, I couldn't find your info with the number you're calling from. Please say the phone number connected to the account you're calling about.

0:34 Caller: We're just asking in general first, so I don't have that handy.

0:41 Fabletics: Please say the phone number connected to the account you're calling about.

0:46 Caller: We're just asking in general first, so I don't have that handy.

0:53 Fabletics: Just a moment. I will transfer you to a consultant for more help.

0:59 Caller: Great, thank you.

1:01 Fabletics: You're the next caller in the queue. We're experiencing higher than...

1:08 Consultant: Thank you for calling Fabletics. My name is [name removed]. How may I assist you today?

1:14 Caller: Hi, this is Nick [last name removed]'s assistant. I was hoping to get some general info about how the VIP membership monthly charge works and how cancellation works.

1:25 Consultant: Sure, I can share that information with you.

1:28 Caller: Great, thank you.

1:31 Consultant: Okay, so to do that, I would need to get your first name, your last name, your email address, and if you're the account holder.

1:47 Caller: Hmm. We're just asking in general first, so I don't have the account email handy.

1:55 Consultant: Okay, so you're not a member, am I correct?

2:00 Caller: Right, I'm just calling for general info on how the VIP membership monthly charge works and how cancellation works.

2:09 Consultant: Okay, I will share that information with you.

2:12 Caller: Thank you.

2:13 Consultant: For the VIP membership on Fabletics, you would get the... the charge is sixty-nine ninety-five dollars for a month, but it's optional, which means if you do not want to charge, you get to skip the month from the first to the fifth. Okay? And if you don't skip the month from the first to the fifth, then it means you have accepted to be charged. That's for the VIP credit. And the VIP credit could be used to purchase items or a piece, outfit, or bundle for value up to a hundred dollars.

2:56 Caller: I see.

2:57 Consultant: Okay.

2:58 Consultant: Yeah, and if you place an order above sixty-nine ninety-five, you get to enjoy the free shipping, which means you won't get to pay for the shipping.

3:09 Caller: Gotcha. Okay.

3:13 Consultant: So, basically, is there any other question you want me to assist you with, aside this?

3:21 Caller: Um, yeah, can you cancel the VIP membership by phone, like, while you're on this call?

3:30 Consultant: Yeah, that was why I asked you if you were a member, and you said you were not. So, you want me to cancel the VIP membership for an account, correct?

3:43 Caller: Um, I'm trying to find out generally whether it can be cancelled by phone.

3:51 Consultant: Yes, but it's most preferably that you cancel the VIP membership on our end. Because if you do not have an account, you wouldn't be able to cancel your VIP membership.

4:05 Caller: Right. We're just wondering if... yeah, we're just wondering if there is a way to cancel by phone, even if it's not preferred.

4:17 Consultant: Okay, that information will be for a member, because to cancel by phone, you would need to have an account.

4:25 Caller: Okay. Um, can you check what a member would need to verify the account to cancel by phone?

4:35 Consultant: Are you a member?

4:37 Caller: We're asking in general first.

4:43 Consultant: Yes. So, basically, if you want to get the basic information about the VIP membership, you could try to place an order. Okay, not necessarily that you will place an order. Before you place the order, you will see the terms and conditions for being a VIP member. So you could read all the terms and conditions in there. You have the basic information about the membership and how to cancel.

5:17 Caller: Okay, yeah. Is there any...

5:20 Consultant: So, basically, but I could share this with you. I could share this with you. Basically, you would have to provide certain information about your account before we can have access to your account and then go ahead to cancel your membership if you feel like.

5:37 Caller: Right, okay. And are there any offers for people who want to cancel?

5:48 Consultant: Offers for people who want to cancel?

5:50 Caller: Mm-hmm.

5:53 Consultant: That is, if the person is a member. You cannot tell if there are offers or no offers until you have access to the person's account. Right now, you don't have an account, and I don't have an account that I'm working with. So, I don't have any information on any account that I can share with you. Unless there is an account that I can identify, then I'll be able to share information from that account with you.

6:22 Caller: That's okay, um, we can keep it general.

6:26 Consultant: Okay. Great.

6:30 Caller: Yeah, so generally, what happens to unused VIP credits after canceling?

6:41 Consultant: Unused VIP credit after cancelling?

6:43 Caller: Mm-hmm.

6:45 Consultant: Now, may I know your first and last name?

6:51 Caller: We're just asking in general first. I don't have the account info handy.

6:58 Consultant: Okay, so when you've been charged, okay, and you're given a token, the token is yours, okay? And if you want to use the VIP credit to make purchases, you can make purchases if you want, okay? And if you want them to be refunded, they will be refunded, okay? So it depends on the member's preference.

7:24 Caller: Right, okay. Um, is there anything about the return policy for VIP orders that I should know about?

7:35 Consultant: Okay, for the return policy for VIP orders, I would have to have an account with me. Then we'll know what policies or what kind of returns the member is eligible for. So it depends on the kind of account you have, the kind of order you've placed, the kind of problem you have with your order and all. That will now tell me what will be applicable, okay? So there are certain questions I can share with you, and certain I won't be able to share with you, because I would need an account to be able to do that. And they're not peculiar to every member. They're peculiar to a particular member.

8:17 Caller: Okay, yeah, that makes sense. Thanks for explaining that. That should be all for now. I appreciate your time.

8:26 Consultant: Aside this inquiry, is there anything else I can assist you with?

8:30 Caller: No, that was all. Um, thanks again. Take care.

8:35 Consultant: Okay, so one more thing before you go. You're with me?

8:40 Caller: Yep.

8:43 Consultant: Okay, so one more thing before you go: I would have asked you for your first and last name, your email address, and a confirmation if you're the account owner. But since you do not have an account with us, is there other basic information I can give you based on general inquiry? Okay?

9:00 Caller: Oh, I think that's everything for me, but I really appreciate it. Thanks again!

9:05 Consultant: All right. All right, thank you for calling Fabletics. Do have a wonderful day.

9:10 Caller: You too. Bye!
