Lincoln Urgent Care, Lincoln CA: the self-pay price for a visit
A real call asked the front desk what an uninsured existing patient pays out of pocket for a standard visit, and what that price covers.
Lincoln Urgent Care in Lincoln, CA is at 77 Lincoln Boulevard, Suite 1, Lincoln, California 95648. Its official website lists (916) 258-2751, the number this call dialed. On October 7, 2026, the front desk quoted $180 as the cash pay price for an office visit for an existing patient paying out of pocket.
A call4me customer's assistant made the call. The goal was narrow: ask the self-pay price for a standard sick visit for an uninsured existing patient, without booking anything or giving payment details. It reached a person about 1 minute 7 seconds after the call connected, asked one question, and hung up with the answer.
The recorded greeting also says the clinic is walk-in only: "We do not schedule appointments. Patients are seen on a walk-in basis only." It says the clinic cannot give wait times. The website lists hours of Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Sunday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and names sister clinics in Granite Bay and Roseville. Those hours come from the site, not the call.

What the call did not confirm
- New patient pricing. The representative asked whether the patient had been there before, and the $180 answer was "for existing patients." The call did not ask what a first visit costs.
- Prices for x-rays, tests or other services. Staff said those cost extra and are discussed first. No amounts were given.
- Payment timing or a receipt. Nobody asked when payment is due or how it is collected.
- Wait times or whether anyone was seen. The greeting says the clinic does not give wait times, and nobody visited as part of this call.
- Which menu option was chosen. The menu offers clinical staff on 1 and billing on 3. Keypad tones do not show in the recording, so it does not establish which key led to the front desk.
The price is what one representative said on a dated call. Check it again before you go.

Representative: Lincoln Urgent Care, how can we help you?
AI agent: Hi, I'm just calling to get the cash price for a standard urgent care sick visit if someone's paying out of pocket.
Representative: Yeah, has this patient been here before?
AI agent: Yeah, he's an existing patient. [patient name muted]
Representative: For existing patients paying out of cash pay price, it is $180 for the office visit, and then any additional charges such as x-rays, any testing that we may do, our providers, they discuss the pricing [proceeding, unclear] and before we charge you. So just for like vitals to be done, for us to send medications, but not for the price of them, that is all covered for the $180.
AI agent: Gotcha. Okay, $180. Perfect. Thank you so much.
Representative: You're welcome.
AI agent: That's all I needed. Have a good one. Bye.
Representative: You too, bye.
AI agent: Bye.
Asking an urgent care for a cash price
The brief told the assistant to ask only for pricing and to say the patient would call back if questions came up that it could not answer. That kept the call to under two minutes. If you are comparing Lincoln, CA urgent care prices, you can ask each clinic the same short question. The representative's first question was whether the patient had been seen before, so know that answer before you call. Prices for existing and new patients may differ, and this call only got the existing patient price.
The assistant said the patient's full name when only "existing patient" had been asked for. If you want a price without identifying anyone, tell your assistant to answer the question and leave the name out unless staff ask for it.
Ask what the base price includes. Here, staff volunteered the useful split: vitals and sending a prescription are included, while medication cost, x-rays and testing are extra and discussed first.
