Salon Per Se Bellaire: rescheduling a haircut with the same stylist

A real call moved a haircut to an evening slot with the customer's preferred stylist, after checking several acceptable days.

Salon Per Se's Bellaire branch is at 9630 Clarewood Drive, Unit A6, Houston, Texas. Its official locations page lists (281) 501 2516 for that branch. Specify the branch and stylist when calling to move an appointment.

On October 8, 2026, a call4me customer's assistant called to reschedule a men's haircut with the preferred stylist. The customer wanted to keep the stylist and had several acceptable windows: Tuesday or Thursday after 5:00 PM, or availability later that week.

Staff said Tuesday was the stylist's day off, then offered Thursday, October 15 at 5:30 PM. The assistant accepted, and the employee explicitly said the appointment would be rescheduled to that date and time.

What changed in the appointment

Detail What the conversation established
Location Salon Per Se Bellaire branch in Houston
Service Men's haircut
Stylist The requested stylist; the name is unclear in the recording
First requested option Tuesday after 5:00 PM; unavailable because it was the stylist's day off
Accepted appointment Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 5:30 PM
Action Staff agreed to reschedule the existing appointment
Price or change fee Not discussed

This was a change to an existing appointment. It was not merely a question about open slots. The employee's final date and time confirmation is the evidence for the reschedule; the recording does not establish that the haircut later took place.

Listen to the Salon Per Se call

The complete recording retains its original timing. The customer's name is muted. The salon and branch remain named. The stylist name sounds like King or Ting across the transcriptions and is marked uncertain.

The recording lasts 1 minute 20 seconds.

Phone system: [Unclear greeting]

AI agent: Hi! I'm calling to reschedule a men's haircut with [stylist name unclear, King or Ting] for [customer name muted].

Representative: Okay. Then what date do you want to reschedule

AI agent: The earliest time [stylist name unclear, King or Ting] has available either Tuesday, October 13th after five, Thursday the 15th after five, or anytime Friday, Saturday, or Sunday that week.

Representative: Okay, so for Tuesday, that would be his personal day off

AI agent: Oh okay.

Representative: Um, and then you said anything after five, right

AI agent: Yeah.

Representative: After five, Uh .Wednesday, [stylist name unclear, King or Ting] wouldn't have anything after five. I do have Thursday

AI agent: Okay, what's the earliest on Thursday after five?

Representative: I can have you down for 5:30

AI agent: That works. Could you move [customer name muted] appointment to then?

Representative: Okay, so I'll go ahead and have Uh .reschedule his appointment to October 15th at 5:30

AI agent: Perfect, thank you.

Representative: Okay, thank you

AI agent: Bye.

Representative: [Unclear final fragment]

Keep the stylist, make the timing flexible

The customer gave several acceptable windows instead of a single replacement time. That allowed the assistant to move past Tuesday immediately when staff said the stylist was off. It then asked for the earliest Thursday option after 5:00 PM and accepted 5:30 PM.

For your own call, say whether keeping the stylist matters more than getting the earliest appointment. If you would accept another stylist, make that explicit. If you would not, the caller should return available dates rather than quietly changing the person doing the service.

Include the old appointment details privately so staff can find the right booking. Ask them to move it, not create a second appointment, and confirm the replacement date before ending the call. If a rescheduling fee matters, ask about it before accepting. This conversation did not settle fees or a cancellation policy.

Ask your assistant to reschedule

Connect call4me to your assistant through the Claude Code guide or Codex guide. The following is a suggested brief, not a claim about which client made the recorded call.

Call Salon Per Se's Bellaire branch in Houston to move my existing [service] appointment with [stylist]. Use the booking details I provide privately. Keep the same stylist and choose the earliest slot within [acceptable days and times]. Move the existing booking instead of adding another one. Ask about any change fee before agreeing, then confirm the final date, time and stylist.
